Old Chinese Coffee Shop In Sigli: Ie Leubeu

I'm going to have to speed up posting on the backlog of posts on my trip to Sigli last week. Gosh, was it just a week ago? Old Chinese Coffee Shop In Sigli: Ie Leubeu The folks (Mirza, Alfath, Hasri, Hasfi, and Ogek) at Sigli did an excellent job of making sure that i enjoyed my trip. I was taken on a walking tour around Sigli, on a tour of Sigli offshore, and meals were carefully planned at restaurants that reflect the different cultures and cuisines of Aceh. Coffee Shop Ie Leubeu is one of the remaining old Chinese (Hainanese) coffee shops in Sigli. You can see the name of the coffee shop from a distance. It is corner shop. It is at the junction of Jalan Perdagangan. This shop has been there since the 90'. Ie Leubeu is one of village name in Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Pidie. That name inspirated from the origin birth place of the coffee shop owner, Joni. Joni helped by 3 worker and his wife. His wife has unique talent that can make arabica coffee by her own. 

Blangkejeren-Langsa Through Lokop

The journey from the city center of Blangkejeren to Langsa through Lokop only take over 7 hours drive. It was evident to break through the steep roads that cut through the mountains to get to Langsa. We used double cabin car drove to break through the winding roads. I and my friends agreed to have lunch together in the Genting Pining sub-district of Gayo Lues while enjoying coffee. The car continued until the vehicle speed reaches 60 km per hour. And winding uphill road is not a problem for us, as long as the land is solid. Our vehicles surely penetrate the field. PLTD Apung, Fascinating Ship In Residental Area   - PLTD Apung becomes a favorable attraction, either the local society or outside area of Aceh. Most of Malaysian are loving to come here. Fascinating ship in residential area. PLTD Apung, Fascinating Ship In Residental Area PLTD Apung is a offshore diesel- powered electric generating ship where formerly used to supply the crisis of electricity power in Banda Aceh City. It will be used when suffering prolonged conflict. It has the weight of 2.600 ton carried by the 2004 tsunami water along 5 kilometer away from coastline and stationed in the center of local village. This floating diesel has a 63 meters length and 1,900 meters area. What's remarkable is that this enormous ship sits right in the middle of a densely packed residential area. The tsunami hit this place hard, as is evidenced by both the presence of the ship and a smattering of smashed up houses sitting within the confines of this bizarre tourist attraction.

Mie Aceh is a spicy noodle dish from Aceh that uses thick yellow noodle. Cooked well with a spicy curry. Usually served either soupy (mie kuah), half-soupy (mie goreng basah/tumis), or fried noodle (mie goreng). The Acehnese  original recipe  people usually use beef, goat meat, or common seafood ingredient such as prawn. How about to add pigeon meat as prawn? How good does it sounds?
